Marion Yoga:
Thursdays at 9:30 AM beginning Thursday, January 7.
Why Practice Yoga?
*To experience growth physically through increased strength, flexibility, and balance.
*To enhance mental health and balance our emotional body.
*To harness inner strength and steadfastness leading to spiritual centeredness.
Sarah's class will be an alignment based yoga class designed to bring peace to the body and mind. The focus of this class is to cultivate strength and flexibility while incorporating elements of vinyasa flow. Vinyasa is a smooth transition between yoga poses, while connecting breath and movement. This class emphasizes proper alignment in each pose for a safe and balanced practice. The pace of this class ensures compatibility with any level of experience.

Sarah is a licensed massage therapist and a newly certified yoga instructor. She's passionate about whole health, movement, the mind-body connection, and the process of guiding people to achieve these. She completed the 200-hour Teacher Training through Fusion Studio in October 2020, and holds training in Wisdom Warriors, which emphasizes how to stay strong and safe on the yoga mat for longevity. Sarah feels it's important to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance through her yoga practice, allowing those attributes to come with her off of the mat and into other areas of her life.
