Multi Hip Machine
Also known as the "rotary hip machine", this machine allows you to perform a weighted hip extension, hip flexion, hip abduction, and hip adduction all on one piece of equipment.
Assisted Pull-Up / Dip Machine
This machine enables you to progress to a full body weight pull-up / dip.
Leg Press / Calf Raise
The dual leg press / calf raise machines allows you to adjust the weight with the move of a pin vs. loading and unloading plates.

Safety Squat Bar
A safety squat bar allows for a more upright position and provides more stability for the lower back. This bar also accomodates for limited shoulder mobility by utilizing forward handles.
Two sets of battle ropes will be added to the facility. These ropes have a smaller, easier to hold handle and are much less bulky, but provide the same weight of resistance.

This olympic size bar only weighs 15#, which allows novice lifters the chance to perfect their form before jumping over to the standard 45# olypmic bar.
